About NegativeSpace Photography

NegativeSpace Media is a small, yet growing, media company representing the works owned and licensed by me, Jason Schlosberg. By day, I am your mild-manner government bureaucrat. By night, I am a photographer. Well, maybe not by night. Maybe not even by weekends. My wife and I have the philosophy of going on a once-in-a-lifetime trip at least once a year. During those trips, much to my wife’s shagrin, I spend quite a bit of time behind the camera, posting my favorite results on this website.

While I have been fairly successful in having images published (e.g., New York Times, Time Magazine, National Geographic), I get a greater amount of joy selling prints to people for their home and office walls.

I am often asked how I am able to take time off and travel to such exotic and far off places. Well, as a government employee, I receive generous vacation time. I am also a great fan of Budget Travel magazine, which helps me keep costs down. We also don’t have kids yet. Unless you count our dog, Brooklyn Rose.

I am also fortunate to have the assistance of a phenomenal customer relations manager, my wife, who fields licensing requests for me, freeing up a significant amount of my time. Best yet, she only requires payment in the form of a frequent date here and there. Thank you, Donna!

I hope you find a photograph that you like enough to hang on your wall. At the very least, please enjoy them on this website. If you are interested in hearing more about my photo adventures and receiving notification of upcoming sales and happenings with the Battle at Kruger video, you can sign up for my free e-newsletter. I promise that you will not receive more than 2 e-mails per month and that your e-mail address will not be shared.

Sincerely,

Jason Schlosberg
